RETURN/EXCHANGES

All piecez must be returned within 14 days 

If  piecez are being return due to ordering the wrong size, you do not like the item, or any personal reasons return will still be excepted. A return label will not be provided if the return is no fault of our own. Please provide correspondence to support your return if the return is due to our error. All items must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received . All tags, stainless, no scents, not washed etc. All returns will result in store credit. You have 60 days to utilize your store credit. Please email us the items you would like to exchange the piecez for, once shipped tracking number will be provided.

How do I track my order?

 

Tracking number will be issued within 1-3 business days after receiving order confirmation email 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Delivery Carriers are via USPS/Fedex.

 

For local pick please select local pick up at checkout. Please be advised pick up address will be sent via text, please enter correct contact number.

Can I try on my outfit before purchase if I'm picking up?

Yes, we allow all customers to try on products if needed .
